1.  Pastor Steven talked about 4 keys to unlocking your potential:

1) Possess Humility, 2) Pursue Intimacy with God, 3) Put Down Roots, and 4) Guard Your Heart.  Which of these keys do you need focus on the most and why?  How do you plan to grow in that area?

2.  How did the analogy of the Redwood tree roots impact your understanding of the importance of being rooted in a church? Share a time when being rooted helped you through a trial or struggle in your life?

3. Mark Batterson said, “Potential is God’s gift to you.  What you do with it is your gift back to God.”  10 being a great gift and 1 being a very poor gift, rate what kind of gift are you giving God?  How do you plan to increase the quality of your gift?
